About
MGS Global Group provides Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and 3D renderings to architecture & design firms.
Established in 2008, they have offices in Cleveland, Atlanta, and Cebu.
They have a team of over 50 designers and have worked with over a hundred architecture and design firms including Fortune 500 and publicly traded companies.
Some of the brands they've worked with include Michael Kors, Forever 21, Mattel, Hyatt, and Hilton.
Challenges
One of the biggest challenges MGS faces was ensuring proper communication as they scaled their business.
To achieve this, they had a few requirements:

MGS project managers can easily track their architect capacity and keep a pulse on the progress of each projects, ensuring timely delivery and a good client experience.
Design proofs & revisions
Finally, architects and clients can easily collaborate on deliverables with built-in design proofing where comments and annotations can be added to design files such as PDFs, JPEGs, PNGs, and GIFs.
With ManyRequests I am able to see at a glance the status of ongoing project as well as the workload of each architect. This allows us to plan effectively and ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
