We were looking to build the perfect creative management platform and ManyRequests has been excellent for our firm. With their white glove onboarding service we've migrated from our legacy tool and now offer a much better experience to our clients, can keep better track of projects, and work much more efficiently by having everything centralized in one place.
About
Prontto is a platform that offers specialized 3D digital visualization and technical drawings services for architects, designers, and distributors.
They are based in Colombia but serve customers across the world and are one of the more renowned Interior Design subscription services on the market.
Being specialized in a specific niche of design, Prontto was able to make a name for itself quickly and grow its team to 15+ people in a short time.
Challenges
Prontto needed a robust creative management platform where they could do the following:
- Onboard and bill clients
- Collect client information for each architectural project
- Track projects, revisions, and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage team members and monitor team capacity
Solution
With ManyRequests, Prontto now has all their architectural operations under one roof.
Clients get onboarded, then submit project briefs with conditional rules.
Projects then get auto-assigned to relevant architects, and revisions happen in-app.
Prontto's clients have access to their invoices, files, and team members in one place as well.
Key criteria
Centralized platform
With ManyRequests, Prontto combined client onboarding, payments, project briefs, project tracking, and reporting all in one place. This saved time but also streamlined their operations as their team (project managers and architects) can now access everything in one place.
Done-for-you migration
Prontto was previously using a generic project management software that was not built to work with clients. ManyRequests onboarded their clients, and imported projects, files, and comments.
Project tracking & visibility
Prontto's team of project managers now have full visibility of the progress of projects and architects' workload and capacity.
Delivering high quality architectural projects on time meant that we needed to streamline everything from project intake / briefs, assigning projects to the relevant architect, monitoring revisions via design proofs. We're now able to do all of this in one software versus using many tools which makes our team much more efficient.
