Where do the agents run?

In your own AI, like Claude or ChatGPT, using its scheduled tasks or routines. They read and update your ManyRequests data through our MCP server.

Is this included in my plan?

The MCP server is included on every ManyRequests plan, and the agents in our guide are free. Your AI's own subscription is separate.

Do agents only work in Slack?

No. Agents can post in Slack or Microsoft Teams, email you a digest, save drafts in Gmail, update a sheet, or act directly in ManyRequests, depending on the tools your AI is connected to.

Can I reply to an agent?

Yes. Open the run in Claude or ChatGPT and tell it what to do next, like “send those reminders”. If your AI has a Slack app connected, you can also ask it right in the Slack thread, which we can set up for you.

How long does it take to set up an agent?

About 10 minutes for a ready-made one: connect ManyRequests to your AI, paste the prompt and pick a schedule. Custom agents take a little longer to write and test.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You connect ManyRequests in a few clicks, paste a prompt and pick a schedule.

Can agents message my clients?

Only if you let them. Agents can add comments to requests, so start with drafts in Slack and switch that on once you trust the results.

What's the difference with the MCP server?

The MCP server is the connection between your AI and ManyRequests. With it you can ask your AI anything, anytime. Agents use that same connection on a schedule, without being asked.
