Can clients see how many hours they have left?

Yes. Every client sees their retainer in the portal: hours included, hours used and what's left this month, next to the tasks the time was spent on.

Can I sell different hour packages?

Yes. Create as many services as you like, such as 10, 20 or 40 hours a month, one-off blocks of hours or credit packs, each with its own branded checkout.

What happens to unused hours?

You decide. Retainers can roll unused hours over to the next month, so clients never feel they're losing what they paid for.

Can each client work with the same assistant?

Yes. Assign clients to their assistant, and new tasks from that client go straight to them. Everyone else on your team can still step in.

Do I still need a separate time tracker?

No. Your team tracks time right on each task, and those hours count against the client's retainer and show up in your timesheets, ready to invoice.

Can I move my clients over from another tool?
