The main challenge for Maximilian and his team when they came to ManyRequests was handling a continuously growing number of customers monthly without a platform that could streamline operations and make it easier for team members to keep everything under control.

Due to their quick growth (1M+ ARR in 12 months), Magic Design needed something which could onboard customers at scale and get designers to deliver work quickly while maintaining quality.
