Please introduce yourself and your title? Who are you and share what you do?

Hi, my name is Brian Patterson, and I’m the co-founder of Seller Candy.

What I do is I build services and software for Amazon sellers, and Seller Candy is the latest of those.

Tell me a little about ManyRequest. What is ManyRequests and what type of value do they bring?

“ManyRequests is a task software that allows customers to submit their tasks and allows our team to handle them. The task system is basically the backbone of our business and that’s what we use right now and it’s going great.”

My service is a task-based service. So with all of our customers, the way that we communicate with them is by individual tasks and sending messages back and forth about those tasks and then closing them out. ManyRequests is a task software that allows customers to submit their tasks and allows our team to handle them. The task system is basically the backbone of our business and that’s what we use right now and it’s going great.

What was it like before you started using ManyRequests? Describe what that “before” picture looked like?

“Before ManyRequests, we were emailing back and forth with customers one by one and we would list out each task and provide updates via email.”

We got up to fifty to a hundred emails over a couple of weeks and we really had no way to do tasks other than just back and forth.

What was the main pain point you had prior to working with ManyRequests that you wanted to address?

“None of [the other softwares] really had simple task submissions, allowed us to monitor how they’re going and communicate on the tasks the way that ManyRequests did.”

Before ManyRequests, we were looking at the Zendesk and all these different help desk type softwares because our service is purely task-based. None of them really had simple task submissions, allowed us to monitor how they’re going and communicate on the tasks the way that ManyRequests did, and worked with the way we conceived our business model. ManyRequests kind of fits right in there for us because it allows us to manage tasks and communication for every single customer and that’s what we need.

What made ManyRequests stand out from other companies in your mind?

“When we heard about ManyRequests we had just seen the details of it and it looked like the right fit for our business model. So it was an easy choice just to try them out.”

I checked all the normal platforms from Google, all the helpdesk softwares and those that were mentioned in a Facebook community that I’m part of, but when we heard about ManyRequests we had just seen the details of it and it looked like the right fit for our business model. So it was an easy choice just to try them out.

What have the results been so far while working with ManyRequests?

“So far, I have to say that the results are positive… It’s easy to close out their tasks and almost none of them email us ever anymore now that we have ManyRequests. “

So far, I have to say that the results are positive. We have five customers now that we’re working with full-time and it’s easy to communicate with them. It’s easy to close out their tasks and almost none of them email us ever anymore now that we have ManyRequests. So I would say we have good results so far and I’m hoping that will hold true when we have five times more customers.

[UPDATE September 2020: Seller Candy  now have 10 clients and are servicing 17 Amazon brands/accounts.]

What’s the number one biggest benefit of ManyRequests? And Why?

“The biggest benefit for us has to be the way that customers can come into the system, monitor their own tasks and communicate with us.”

Because none of the other softwares let us do that in a way that we wanted to so that’s the biggest for us.

What has been the ROI for ManyRequests?

“ MR is the central tool of communicating with our clients, and we came in at an introductory price, so I would say the platform has paid for itself.”

What has exceeded your expectations and surprised you the most since working with ManyRequests?

“It has to be how responsive the team is in making updates and responding to customers that are having an issue, they’re always really fast on it and it’s always fixed.”

How we use ManyRequests

  1. Once a customer has applied to be a Seller Candy User on our website, we assess their application and reply with next steps.
  2. Our team will then create a (ManyRequests) client portal account for them.
  3. Clients can get started by logging into our white-labelled client portal (with Seller Candy branding) and submit a request for us to complete a task for them.
  4. All communication and email notifications for each task is managed using the client portal.
